Here are the specifications.
- under 7500 lbs
- must be a non-commercial/non-HAZ MAT item [ I will not tow chemicals or loads of wire/lumber ETC. ]
- item can be; RV, boat w/ trailer, empty boat trailer, open trailer [ loaded properly ], enclosed trailer , empty horse trailer, auto hauler trailer w/ or w/o an auto etc.
- I have a 2” draw bar on my receiver
- I do not have a weight dist. hitch
- My electronic brake controller can handle up to 3 axels
- I have 1 ¼”, 2” and 2 5/16” hitch balls.
- Tongue weight of under 500lbs
- If a weight dist. hitch is supplied with the item for use, the tongue weight can be up to 750 lbs.
- A copy of the trailer registration must be supplied to me
- A functional spare tire must be supplied.
- A visual inspection by me must be performed of the item [ I have about 7 years experience towing ]. I don’t have to tow anything, I am trying this plan out to help with the gas money and yes I will be picky. If the item has dry rotten/bald tires, frayed/broken wiring, a bearings inspection may be done, an electronic braking test will be done [ if item has e-brakes ] and if the item in general is in poor condition I will refuse.

- I have over 3000 miles experience towing my own 33ft travel trailer
- I have over 5000 miles experience towing small open trailers
- I have attained 5 years safe driving with my auto insurance
- I have a E250 Ford Cargo van
- I will supply proof of my personal auto insurance
- Again I am private person, not a moving company
The route
- I can take highway 101 to LA then to Las Vegas or I can take I 5 to 95 to Las Vegas. If someone has an item that would like it to go to a destination on either route that route I can take.
