Staffordshire Terrier (Pit Bull), very friendly, answers to Garcia. Got through fence during fireworks- probably scared - on the 4th. Not wearing collar, but is wearing white flea collar. He has a microchip but the info on it is out of date. If sighted or found, please call me at 309-299-9461. He has tan and white markings; he looks more like a cow than a dog.
