From my late mothers estate;

A Framed (15 5/8" x 8-1/4") oil painting "Fishing Village" by a local Portland artist, Rosalie Duncan. I know, it was in my late mothers possession, dating back to at least 1972.

Sorry, for the poor photos, with a shadow along the bottom of my pictures. This painting is in excellent condition.
