New construction, hand-crafted wooden boat. The design and construction method has its roots in the hardy Scandinavian tradition.
The boat planks are Port Orford cedar, copper - riveted lapstrake-style, over steam-bent White Oak frames. The fore and aft transoms are book-matched Sapele. The keel is protected with a brass keel-shoe, and the bottom has brass wear-strips to protect the bottom when the boat is beached.
A new boat trailer and a pair of Shaw and Tenney oars are included in the asking price.
This boat is ideal for recreational rowing or it can be used as a tender for a larger vessel.
