Neskowin Provisions is seeking a dependable Facilities & Inventory Supervisor to help oversee operations across our café, market, and nearby properties. This is a hands-on role combining inventory management, cash handling, and building upkeep.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage inventory receiving, storage, and ordering
• Conduct inventory counts and maintain organized storage areas
• Handle cash management including tills, deposits, and reconciliation
• Perform basic maintenance and building upkeep (minor repairs, equipment troubleshooting, general property care)
• Coordinate vendors for larger repairs when needed
• Conduct routine inspections of buildings and equipment
• Occasionally assist on the sales floor during busy periods
What We’re Looking For
• Organized, dependable, and proactive
• Comfortable with both inventory systems and hands-on maintenance tasks
• Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets)
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift and move inventory
Compensation
• $50,000/year DOE (salaried, exempt position)
