You always know the time even if you don't have a watch with the Westminster Chimes at 15, 30, 45 Minute intervals. ..and on the hour of Course. Sounds like a Minature "Big Ben". Maintained in controlled environment. Sorry for my pics. Camera and lighting leaves a lot to be desired. No reasonable offer refused..
