Praying for a miracle (Florence to Astoria Newport)

I have money saved up for first, last, security and money to live on until we find jobs. We're both on Social Security but can both work part time to supplement income and plan on doing so. I have always worked in Healthcare so finding employment there should be relatively easy with my experience. I have a reliable car to get us back and forth to work. Rent has always come first and I have a house I paid off with no late payments on my credit report. No prior evictions.
Looking for a studio, one bedroom, rv or mobile home. Long term rental(at least one year). Preferably in Newport but anywhere from Florence to Astoria would work. Doesn't have to be fancy. Just a peaceful place to live.
We do have a small 6 year old mixed breed dog and a 4 year old cat. Both are house and litterbox trained. We have ESA letters from our physicians. I'm obsessive about keeping a clean house. We're quiet and drug free. No criminal records.
Any leads, offers or advice are much appreciated. It's been rough and I'm trying to make this work for my child and I while still living in a bad situation. We have no family to depend on or can stay with. Yes, we've been to the Oregon Coast many times and love the weather(even in the winter!)
I'm just looking for someone to give us a chance. A fresh start. A new life to build on. Not trying to get sympathy as I know alot of people have it hard these day.
