Need help with weedeating and help me haul away junk. (Taft)

I have become a widow very very recently. And kind of lost.
I am sick to my stomach everytime I look at this beautiful property. 5.5 acres but about 3 acres are considered timber land.
It's mowing, weedeating and just rake the big stuff.
Some weeds to be pulled.
I'm not expecting you to work miracles. It's does not have to be done in one day.
We are trying to sell the house but I can't have people seeing the place like this. I could even trade trees for firewood for some of the money. I can pay you weekly.
I JUST REALLY NEED SOMEONE I CAN TRUST TO COME WHEN THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO. THINGS HAPPEN BUT PLEASE COMMUNICATE.
The pay is $20-50 her hour.
And I might need someone to maintain it after the initial weeds are gone. Must have tools. I have shoves and small tools but that's it.
