Looking for a reliable, skilled person to help with finish work on a personal home remodel (not a big jobsite or crew) to work alongside owner. Looking for up to two more people to form a 4 man crew.
Scope of work includes:
• Tile work (walls/floors, backsplashes, grout)
• Drywall taping & mudding
• Painting (interior)
• Caulking and detail/finish work
• Other general finish tasks as needed
Schedule:
• Up to 6 days in a row
• Thursday through Tuesday
• Every other week
• Up to 8 hours per day
Pay:
• $20–$30 per hour, based on experience and skill
• Cash
• Paid weekly
Ideal person:
• Experience with finish work (tile, drywall, paint)
• Pays attention to detail
• Shows up on time and works independently
• Has basic hand tools (preferred, not required)
• No drama, no shortcuts, no drugs, no alcohol
