Arthritis in my hands is preventing me from enjoying this higher end parlor guitar.
This is a vintage Martin style parlor guitar built in Europe.

Cedar/Mahogany
Rosewood binding
Gotoh tuners
46mm nut
60mm bridge spacing
In excellent condition, basically still new
