We're looking for the right professionals to join our wellness community!
✨ **Two private office rooms available**
💰 **$500/month per room**

✔️ Clean, quiet, professional office
✔️ Conveniently located in the north end of Lincoln City on the main hwy but tucked back a bit for privacy.
These spaces would be ideal for an **alternative health practitioner** or another compatible professional looking for an affordable, welcoming place to grow their practice.
**Please note:** Due to existing businesses in the complex, we're unable to rent office space to tattoo artists, mental health therapists, and attorneys.
**Massage Therapists:** While full-time office space isn't available, there is an opportunity to rent my fully equipped treatment room on weekends for **$15/hour**. There is also an opportunity to work as an **independent contractor** with my clinic. I already have massage clients to refer, and referred sessions are paid on a **60/40 split** (therapist keeps 60%, clinic receives 40%). For example, on a **$120 massage**, the therapist would earn **$72** and the clinic would receive **$48**.
