Kellen brings more than 23 years of professional experience spanning hospitality, restaurant management, property operations, grounds maintenance, vacation rental management, ranch caretaking, and guest services. His background includes approximately 10 years in the restaurant and hospitality industry, including serving as Executive Chef at Elkhorn Golf Club, a premier golf and resort destination in Sun Valley, Idaho. In this role, he managed staff, operations, catering, inventory, guest relations, and high-end hospitality experiences.
Tori brings more than 18 years of experience in hospitality, housekeeping, customer service, vacation rental operations, property care, and small business ownership. She has extensive experience preparing homes and vacation rentals to exceptional standards while ensuring a positive experience for guests, property owners, and clients.
Together, we offer more than a decade of hands-on experience in property caretaking, vacation rental management, housekeeping, grounds maintenance, irrigation, vendor coordination, animal care, and overall property stewardship. Our experience includes helping care for a 120-acre private ranch, managing vacation rental properties, maintaining grounds and equipment, coordinating vendors, and providing attentive service to guests and property owners.
As small business owners, property managers, and caretakers, we are known for being dependable, self-motivated, trustworthy, resourceful, and capable of managing both guest-facing responsibilities and behind-the-scenes property operations with minimal supervision.
