Lot is in Coast Village. Amenities include: On-site Post Office, Laundry Facilities, Swimming Pool, Club House with Showers and Sauna, Gated Park. RV must be newer, in nice condition, and about 30' max. This is a shared lot. But, you would be the only person actually living on the lot. The spot to park it will be next to another RV that is used rarely. I'M LOOKING, PREFERABLY, FOR A MATURE, LOW-KEY, LAID BACK, LEFT LEANING FEMALE, since we'll be sharing the lot to a degree. ONE PERSON ONLY. Room for one car. If you have an indoor pet that is fine, but there is no outdoor space for a pet (cat or dog). This is a lovely laid back neighborhood and community. Close to town and shopping. Park like settings. Great neighbors. Must be quiet and respectful of neighbors, and follow all HOA rules.
