- Bed
- Bistro dinning table & chairs

It's ideal for a person that doesn't cook much. Max occupancy one person due to square footage. No smoking. Quiet hours 10pm to 8am. $695 a month plus utilities. Utilities include; unlimited water, sewer, electric, heat, garbage,WiFi, and cable TV for $200. Background check and references required. Must have verifiable income. No elevator. 3rd floor. No pets as there is no pet relief area nearby and shared walls.

Only 15minutes to shopping, hospital and pharmacies in Lincoln City and 10 minutes to Pacific City. (Tillamook is about 35 min).

This unit is in a large building of individually owned condos, primarily used as vacation rentals. There are some full time residents here (like myself). I live next door and we would share a wall.

For more information please email me and tell me a little about yourself. I will not respond to emails that simply say to call you. If it sounds like a good fit, we can then set up a time for a viewing and fill out an application. I am not asking for any application fees and will only do the background check after your application has been pre-approved.Thank you!
