1973 MCI 40' 320 square feet bus conversion. Set up for all weather with R21 insulation. Roof has been raised 8". Has twin gas heaters and electric heat as well as twin roof air conditioners. Runs great. Set up for on or off grid living. Sleeps 6. Very comfortable to live in, much roomier than a tiny house with 320 square feet and a great floor plan.
