Do you have a garage or shop you're not using? Turn that into monthly $$.
Space needs a concrete floor. Doesn't need to be heated. I do need power, but the usage will be minimal. I am an engineer and I am designing some technology equipment. I will make some noise, but shouldn't be objectionable. I will not be spilling any oil, or painting.
