Purchased from Porters RV July of 2022. I bought it for camping and/or emergency but have not used it other than caring for it. Turns out RV ownership is not for me. There was a roof leak that Porters had to fix but it is leaking again and there is water damage. I am running a dehumidifier and have been told to use Eternabond tape on the roof. The power center went out and was replaced early this year. Everything lights up and works. I am letting it go with a lot of money lost but hopefully someone who knows what they are doing can get it fixed and get some good use out of it. Great floor plan for single person full-time living as well. There is an RV washer/dryer included, plus accessories and all factory manuals that came with.
