We need a new cleaner/caretaker for our STR at Beverly Beach. 2-bedroom, 2-bath, 800 SF. We have turnovers all days of the week, sometimes 1-night stays, thus occasional back-to-back cleanings. Timeframe for cleaning is between noon & 4 pm. I do my own bookings. We donate off-season stays to fundraisers--keeps us busier than many vacation rentals.

I want payment to go to the person doing the cleaning, not to a management company. Please reach out if you are interested. Or, let me know of a Newport-area cleaner that you recommend. Thanks! John
